Everyday coffee

We are excited to introduce the first coffee roasted by LIFT - Samii Danche 001.

It has been three years since our launch and during this period we have had a chance to serve and taste a lot of high quality coffees from different roasters around the world. Through this process we have developed our own taste profile, our likes and dislikes in coffee.

We would like to share some of our findings with you through our own coffees.

Before roasting we asked ourselves what kind of coffee would we like as an everyday coffee. For us it’s a light coffee, floral with a tea like finish.

We’re so glad to say that it is exactly what we roasted, our everyday coffee.

Roasting is a journey, building a database of different curves and coffees. We would like to share with you our thought process going into each coffee and how it affects each roast and ultimately taste. We have included notes in each box for this purpose.
